Couldn't resist showing you the first babies born on our new farm. This mama was born last year at our other place and right after we moved up here she was the first chicken I brought here. She laid a few eggs and started setting. I knew she hadn't been with a rooster so I took a couple of eggs from another hen and put them under her. She hatched them out last week. She is such a good mom and the little babies are so cute.
I also have 2 Banty roosters and 2 other Banty hens that just run loose around the place. They are always so busy getting bugs.
