December is Here

Down the main highway from me. A family set these tractors up in their pasture in memory of their dad who passed away not long ago. He was an old member of the community and did a good part of the haying for people during haying season. They set the tractors up to look like Santa, sleigh and reindeer and it is lit at night. From what I understand he was a very big John Deere man also. It is a very clever idea and the community has enjoyed it very much
A little better picture . Can you see Santa?
This beautiful cross is erected  just down the road from me . I wait to see it every year. It brings me great peace when I drive by it.
Our first snow, about 2 inches or so. It didn't amount to a lot but I was thrilled to see it. This is the orchard where my bees are kept and our gate into our home
The bees all nestled all snug in their beds
Mollie wandering what the heck happened. This snow wasn't here last nite.
Our front porch
Our front yard looking down over the valley in the snow. It was beautiful
Our 2012 Christmas tree in my snugly little house.
Our tree has so many ornaments on it with so many memories. I forgot to date a lot of my ornaments and I am so regretting it now. Some I have made, people have made for me and special ones I have bought. I love them all.
