Summer Work on the Farm

We have done some major work on our farm this summer.Our sons have their own heavy equipment so they were able to do the work for us. It was very exciting. They put in french drains and dug a pond. Now this year we will have someplace for all the rain water to go besides in our yard.

There is no water in the pond as yet .We just finished it. The geese go down in the hole and come walking back out with their heads down, like they just don't get it.

This is the driveway with new gravel and french drains.
This was pure mud last year at this time.
It looks beautiful.
