Monkey Bread

You have not lived until you make this wonderful Monkey Bread . It is beyond GOOD.One of my  sewing friends make this bread almost every week for our sewing group and it is so easy to make. I do believe I eat most of it. So good with a good cup of coffee.

 Monkey Bread
4 cans biscuits  (10 to a can )
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a zip lock bag. Shake biscuit  pieces in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Grease bundt pan or angel food cake pan. drop pieces of coated biscuits into pan.
                                                        Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
Melt butter and brown sugar in pan. Cook almost to a boil about 3 minutes. Drizzle over biscuit pieces in pan before baking. Sprinkle top with left over cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350 for 20- 25 minutes
Cool 2 minutes and turn onto plate.
Then let me know what you think.......
